Article 1 – Organisation
Orange EA SPORTS FC 26 Tournament
Article 2 – Acceptance & Modification of the Rules
Participation implies unconditional acceptance of these rules and any amendments.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the provisions at any time; any changes will be notified:
- by publication on the website,
- by email to registered participants.
Article 3 – Conditions d’éligibilité et d’inscription
- Open to all players 18 years and above.
- Participants must reside in Liberia.
- Competition will be played offline (in-person) at designated venues.
- Each player must compete individually (no teams).
- Registration is free and limited to 150 participants for the Playoffs Phase.
- Players must complete the official registration form only available on Orange MaxIT App, before the closing date .
- Incomplete, duplicate, or inaccurate entries will not be accepted.
- All registered players must join the official Orange EA SPORTS FC 26 Tournament WhatsApp Group for updates, match schedules, and announcements.
Article 4 – Formats de compétition
- Phase 1 – Playoffs (Eliminations)
- 150 players will compete in Home & Away elimination rounds.
- Each match will be played on-site using EAFC26 (Kick-Off mode).
- Match duration: 5 minutes per half.
- The winner is determined by aggregate score across both legs.
- If tied on aggregate, extra time and penalties will decide the winner.
- Only 23 players will advance to the Main Event.
- Phase 2 – Main Event (Group Stage & Quarters Finals)
- The 23 qualified players will be split into groups.
- Matches will follow a round-robin format.
- Points System: Win – 3 pts | Draw – 1 pt | Loss – 0 pts.
- Top players from each group will move to the Knockout Stage.
- Phase 3 – Knockout Stage
- Includes Semi-Finals, and Grand Finals.
- All matches will be single elimination.
- Match duration: 10 minutes per half.
- Standard EAFC26 rules apply.
Article 5 – Calendrier & Finale internationale

- Grande Finale : December 19 & 20, 2025
Article 6 – Droits à l’image & données personnelles
All participants authorize the organizer to capture and broadcast their image/voice (live, replays, photos) on any medium worldwide & unlimited in time, for non-degrading promotional purposes.
The collected data (name, gamertag, email, country) are processed by Orange in accordance with GDPR / local laws. Right of access / rectification: contact@orange-esport-experience.com.
Article 7 – Code de conduite
Players must show respect and sportsmanship toward opponents and officials.
Prohibited behaviors: hate speech, cheating, bug exploits, multi-accounting, identity fraud, collusion, illegal betting, repeated delays, non-compliance with referees.
Graduated sanctions: warning → loss of round → loss of match → disqualification → ban from future events → civil/criminal actions
Tournament referees’ decisions are final and binding.
Article 8 – Responsabilité & force majeure
Orange cannot be held responsible for service interruptions , nor for indirect damages. In case of force majeure (network failure, pandemic, government decision), the event may be postponed or canceled without compensation.
Article 9 – Règlement des litiges
- Players must report to the gaming venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
A 5-minute grace period after the scheduled time will be given; beyond that, the player forfeits the match. - Technical disputes are initially settled by the local admin.
Applicable law: the law of the local organizing country (Liberia).
Competent jurisdiction: local courts (national phase).
