Article 1 – Organisation
- Total Participants: 128 gamers
- Qualification Phase: 32 groups of 4 players each – direct elimination
- Quarter-finals: 32 group winners face off in direct elimination matches
- Semi-finals: Top 8 compete to reach the final
- Grand Final: Best of Three
- Match Parameters:
- Duration: 2×5 minutes
- Speed: Normal
- Real clubs (Offline Friendly Match Mode)
- Tie → Penalty shootout
- Game: EA SPORTS FC 25 — exclusively on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4
Article 2 – Acceptance & Modification of the Rules
Participation in the tournament implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules and any amendments.
Orange Central African Republic reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or modify the contest rules at any time.
Any update will be published on the official Orange CAR channels.
Article 3 – Eligibility and Registration Conditions
- Minimum Age: 18 years
Minors aged 13 and above may participate with written parental consent. - Residence: Participants must reside in the country where they register (here, Central African Republic). No changes of country are allowed after validation.
- Registration Fee: Free.
Article 4 – Competition Formats
Format
- Qualification Phase: Direct elimination – rounds 1 to 4
- Rounds 4 & 5: Home-and-away matches
- Grand Final: Best of Three format
- Match Settings:
- 2×5 minutes
- Normal speed
- Real clubs (Offline Friendly Match Mode)
- Tie → Penalty shootout
Article 5 – Schedule & International Final
- Qualification Dates: 28th November 2025
- Grand Final: 28th November 2025
Article 6 – Image Rights & Personal Data
By participating, each player authorizes Orange CAR to film, photograph, and broadcast their image, voice, or gamertag (live, replays, social media, promotional materials) worldwide and indefinitely, for non-commercial and non-degrading purposes.
Personal data (name, gamertag, email, country) is processed in compliance with GDPR and local laws. Right of access / rectification: contact@orange-esport-experience.com.
Article 7 – Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and fairly.
Strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Cheating, bug exploits
- Multi-accounts or identity theft
- Collusion, illegal betting
- Repeated delays, disrespecting referees
Possible sanctions: warning → loss of round → automatic defeat → disqualification → future event ban → civil/criminal action
Article 8 – Liability & Force Majeure
Orange CAR is not responsible for service interruptions (PSN, EA servers) or indirect damages related to participation.
In case of force majeure (network outage, pandemic, government decision, etc.), the tournament may be postponed or canceled without compensation.
Article 9 – Dispute Resolution
Technical or organizational disputes will be resolved first by the local administration.
