Article 1 – Organisation

  • Company : Orange S.A. and/or its local subsidiary in each of the countries listed in Annex 1 (“Participating Countries”).
  • Game: EA SPORTS FC 26 — exclusively on PlayStation 5 

Article 2 – Acceptance & Modification of the Rules

Participation implies unconditional acceptance of these rules and any amendments.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the provisions at any time; any changes will be notified:

  • by publication on the website,
  • by email to registered participants.

Article 3 – Eligibility and Registration Conditions

  1. Minimum age: 18 years old
  2. Required accounts: EA account linked to PSN or Xbox; active PS Plus / Xbox Game Pass Core subscription.
  3. Exclusivity: a player may register only in their country of residence and may not change countries after validation.
  4. Registration fees: at the discretion of each local Orange entity; free or paid according to local regulations.

Article 4 – Competition Formats

Format              

  1. Round Robin + single elimination
    1. Groups of x players (BO1) + Single elimination bracket (BO1)
    2. Groups point structure
      3 pts / 1 pt / 0 pt – tiebreak: goal difference, then head-to-head
  2. Single Elimination
    1. Single elimination bracket (BO1)
    2. Random draw/local seeding     

Match settings:

  • 2×6 min,
  • « Normal » speed,
  • Real Club
  • (Online Friendly mode).
  • Tie > penalty shootout

Article 5 – Schedule & International Final

  • Qualification: See Annex 1
  • Grand Final: TBD

Article 6 – Image Rights & Personal Data

All participants authorize the organizer to capture and broadcast their image/voice (live, replays, photos) on any medium worldwide & unlimited in time, for non-degrading promotional purposes.

The collected data (name, gamertag, email, country) are processed by Orange in accordance with GDPR / local laws. Right of access / rectification: contact@orange-esport-experience.com.

Article 7 – Code of Conduct

Prohibited behaviors: hate speech, cheating, bug exploits, multi-accounting, identity fraud, collusion, illegal betting, repeated delays, non-compliance with referees and drinking alcohol while competing.

Graduated sanctions: warning → loss of round → loss of match → disqualification → ban from future events → civil/criminal actions

Article 8 – Liability & Force Majeure

Orange cannot be held responsible for service interruptions (PSN/Xbox Live), nor for indirect damages. In case of force majeure (network failure, pandemic, government decision), the event may be postponed or canceled without compensation.

Article 9 – Dispute Resolution

Technical disputes are initially settled by the local admin.
Applicable law: the law of the local organizing country.
Competent jurisdiction: local courts (national phase).
