Article 1 – Organisation
- Company : Orange S.A. and/or its local subsidiary in each of the countries listed in Annex 1 (“Participating Countries”).
- Game: EA SPORTS FC 25 — exclusively on PlayStation 5
Article 2 – Acceptance & Modification of the Rules
Participation implies unconditional acceptance of these rules and any amendments.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the provisions at any time; any changes will be notified:
- by publication on the website,
- by email to registered participants.
Article 3 – Eligibility and Registration Conditions
- Minimum age: 18 years old; exception: minors from 13 years old admitted with written parental authorization
- Exclusivity: a player may register only in their country of residence and may not change countries after validation.
- Registration fees : Registration fees are free.
Article 4 – Competition Formats
Format
- Direct Elimination- Confrontation 1 vs 1 ( 128 Gamers ) ---> 64 Gamers ---> 32 Gamers
- Confrontation 1 vs 1 ( 32 Gamers ) ---> 16 Gamers ---> 8 Gamers ---> 4 Gamers
- Gamers semi-finals : 1 vs 1 ( 4 Gamers ) ---> 2 Gamers
- Gamers-finals : 1 vs 1 ( 2 Gamers ) ---> National Champion FC 26
 
Match settings:
- 2×5 min,
- « Normal » speed,
- Real Club
- (Online Friendly mode).
- Tie > penalty shootout
Article 6 – Image Rights & Personal Data
All participants authorize the organizer to capture and broadcast their image/voice (live, replays, photos) on any medium worldwide & unlimited in time, for non-degrading promotional purposes.
The collected data (name, gamertag, email, country) are processed by Orange in accordance with GDPR / local laws.
Article 7 – Code of Conduct
Prohibited behaviors: hate speech, cheating, bug exploits, multi-accounting, identity fraud, collusion, illegal betting, repeated delays, non-compliance with referees.
Graduated sanctions: warning → loss of round → loss of match → disqualification → ban from future events → civil/criminal actions
Article 8 – Liability & Force Majeure
Orange cannot be held responsible for service interruptions (PSN/Xbox Live), nor for indirect damages. In case of force majeure (network failure, pandemic, government decision), the event may be postponed or canceled without compensation.
Article 9 – Dispute Resolution
Technical disputes are initially settled by the local admin.
Applicable law: the law of the local organizing country.
Competent jurisdiction: local courts (national phase).
